FUNDAMENTALS

Crossfit Energy training is a great way to get back in shape, get in shape for the first time, recover from an injury and improve your health. We require everyone to complete our fundamentals program before joining any group Crossfit Energy classes. The Fundamentals are four training sessions which will teach you all the basic movements commonly encountered in Crossfit Energy workouts. This is your opportunity to become familiar with the movements and “ramp up” to the intensity of the group classes.  We limit our Fundamentals classes to only six participants per class in order to provide the most personal attention as you learn. Our goal is not to just take you through the movements, but to help you understand fitness.

  • The cost is $135.00
  • Schedule your Fundamentals  sessions with a friend and each save $10.00Schedule:
  • Each course is three weeks in length, (4) sessions and each session lasts 45 minutes

We don’t use machines and we won’t put you on a treadmill. We use methods that have been proven to get results. If it doesn’t work, it’s not in our program. Functional movements are the safest and most effective exercises when performed correctly. You will start seeing results from our training almost immediately!
