PERSONAL TRAINING

  • $65.00/hr  or (8) session package for $420.00
  • $35.00 per training half hour or (8) 30 minute session package for $250.00

You will receive absolute one-on-one training with an ACE/CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer.  Our personal training is just that: PERSONAL.  We customize each workout, i.e. scale, to each individuals ability.  We discuss the (4) elements to complete fitness, which include:  Nutrition, Recovery, Aerobic and Resistance.  We don’t believe your training time ends after your session.  We are there for you all the time, to answer your questions, for support and advice..  We don’t make you dependent upon us.   We make you want to come back because of the results you receive.   Our workouts will never be the same… ROUTINE is the enemy.

WOD’S (Workouts of the Day)

Let’s see…description?  It’s like nothing you have ever done before.   CrossFit is an experience.  Once you try it, you will be hooked.   Recently, we have had several new clients that were hesitant about coming.  They were worried because CrossFit workouts  sound very intimidating, too hard, too much for their body to handle.  They found themselves pushing themselves farther than they ever have; found that their will was much stronger than they ever thought.  These “newbies” made us very impressed!  They left knowing that they gave it there all, completed the workout and THANKED US!  Then in the next sentence, “When is the next class?”.

Don’t be afraid.  I am not going to lie to you though.  It’s a little intense BUT  you can scale it to your ability.  Once you try it, you WILL come back.  Guaranteed.   This class is for all age levels, all fitness levels.  Each exercise is SCALED meaning, if you can only swing a 10# Kettlebell, then I am not going to make you swing a 35#.    Everyone comes back.

We don’t have a membership fees/contracts because unlike your last gym, you don’t come in and ‘do your own thing’. CrossFit Energy is more like daily personal training where you are coached through a workout.  Our WOD’s are different everyday.  You will either work-out in a small group or on your own.  You will always have a CrossFit Energy trainer there to keep you moving and watch your form.  It’s like getting your own Personal Training session each time you come in, for a fraction of the cost.

  • Unlimited: $150.00/month
  • 2x a week: $120.00/month
  • 3x a week: $135.00/month
  • 20% discount for MIL, EMS, LEO, FF, Senior, Students
  • Family: $125.00/month unlimited for the first person
  • Family: $90.00/month unlimited for each additional family member
  • Drop Ins: $20.00/person or 10 Session Punch Card for $150.00

FIRST TIME IS FREE!!!

“NO” the workouts aren’t (1) hour long.  The hour includes Warm-up, Stretching, working out, and Cool-Down.

CardioMMA

This ain’t your mama’s cardio kickboxing!! The evolution of the popular cardio karate workouts continues with our Cardio MMA! Five 5 minute rounds of punches, kicks, muay thai, ground and pound, strength, core and more will get you into the shape of your life….guaranteed! This non-contact, no-partner 30-minute workout is sweeping the nation. Give it a try today!!

FUNDAMENTALS

CrossFit training is a great way to get back in shape, get in shape for the first time, recover from an injury and improve your health. We require everyone to complete our fundamentals program before joining any group CrossFit classes. The Fundamentals are six training sessions which will teach you all the basic movements commonly encountered in CrossFit workouts. This is your opportunity to become familiar with the movements and “ramp up” to the intensity of the group classes.  We limit our Fundamentals classes to only three participants per class in order to provide the most personal attention as you learn. Our goal is not to just take you through the movements, but to help you understand fitness.

  • The cost is $135.00
  • Schedule your Fundamentals  sessions with a friend and each save $10.00Schedule:
  • Each course is four weeks in length, (4) sessions and each session lasts 45 minutes
