Line Jumps

WOD:

Teams of 5 or 6

Pace Setter (25 Rower Roll-ins)

Everyone else on the team must perform the following exercises until it is their turn to perform the roll-ins, everyone must complete the roll-ins before moving on to the next exercise.

Squats

Push-ups
