03/16/10 PM Bootcamp “Box Jumps, Push-ups, K.B. Swings, K.B. Weighted Lunges – Max for 3,2,1 minutes

Warm-up:

30-20-30

Dynamic Stretching

WOD:

“Outside WOD”

Max effort for 3 min.  then Max for 2 min. , then Max effort for 1 min.

- between each exercise the whole group will run 400 meters

- the running will accumulate up to 3 miles
