5500 meters rowing total.. One partner rows while the other performs the following circuit:
25 reps
K.B. Swings
Box Jumps
Push-ups
Deadlifts
Wallballs
Single Jump Rope – 150 reps
Switch partners as many times as necessary until all 5500 meters is completed.
