Go over basic movements

Box Squat

Rowing Technique

WOD:

3000 meters as a team.

“One person per team is always rowing, the other persons on the team are rotating through Box Squats, AbMat Sit-ups and Medicine Ball holds overhead”

They must continue to row and go through as many rounds as needed until the 3500 meters is accomplished..
