Partner Workout:
[One person must row while the other teammate performs the following exercises]
10 Burpees
10 Pull-ups
10 Kettlebell Swings (25lb Women, 45lb men)
400 meter run (with med ball overhead – 10lb women, 20 men)
Switch w/ partnerĀ (together both persons need to row 4000 meters by the end of the workout)
2 rounds….
