You will receive absolute one-on-one training with an ACE/CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer. Our personal training is just that: PERSONAL. We customize each workout, i.e. scale, to each individual ability. We discuss the (four) elements of fitness include: Nutrition, Recovery, Aerobic, and Resistance. We don’t believe your training time ends after your session. We are there for you all the time to answer your questions, for support, and for advice. We don’t make you dependent upon us.
